I know these are old, and we probably don't have any NEW ones coming... but I kinda wanna see the inspectors come through Mike's work... and basically just be like ... "well DAMN, yer good"

Thxs Mike !!! I had "Black Mold" in my kitchen. I took care of it & then the next day the landlord had to fix my roof. I had a hole, because here in Arizona, the Cooler was leaking & Rotted out the Ceiling & Caused a Bunch of Head Aches for me, for years !!!

I had Renewal by Anderson threaten to sue me if I did not let them out 16k doors in. I was looking at an estimate for my doors in a 1921-built home, and they swindled me. Now I'm stuck, since she said she had to have my SS # for the estimate, and I was like I can show you my credit. Regardless I now have to pay them for 10 years as a single parent, disabled, and work 2 jobs. <br>Just want people to be aware of what these poeple will do to first time home owners.
