Ed is one of the most talented craftsmen i have ever seen. Mike uses him often and every project he does is stunning.

Shawn (the totally cute guy with the goatee) was right about it being cheaper to just tear down and replace this addition.

WOW that man is an artist. Incredible talent. Those walls are beautiful. Wait, the ceiling in the shower is too dark; it is like showering in a cave.

Ed is amazing, to see what he’s doing is great ! His skills are incredible. I wish I could do drywall professionally and the grout !
My problem is I use too much grout and it makes sanding harder. 😮

Watching these shows just does one thing. I don’t trust any contractors. I’m sure there are good ones out there, but their costs are so high I can’t afford them. That’s why, as a homeowner, I tend to DIY everything. The University of YouTube has me doing Plumbing, Electrical, Tiling, Drywall, Cabinetry, and a myriad of other small things. I’ve done, down to studs, two kitchens, eight bathrooms, a laundry room, a couple decks, a covered porch, and a den. There’s nothing like the satisfaction knowing things are done Right, because you made sure of it.

Respect to this woman! Do not sell a home until it's as healthy as you can make it. We need more people with that mindset! If anything we need more aggressive inspections that are highly regulated to protect people!

 good day Mike
Would your man Ed be able to either do a video on slate technique process with the products required, conversely, what products are required to do this. I found this process to be extremely interesting
Lloyd

My girlfriend had that same issue with her floor… now it wasn’t on concrete..but the same thing with it curling and buckling…nobody could figure out why…until I pulled the dishwasher out and found out that the dishwasher discharge was wrong improperly and backing up under the dishwasher and leaking under the flooring…
