  Glenn Israel, former concept artist/art director at Bungie and 343I/Halo Studios here. &nbsp;If the studio was willing to blacklist job applicants <b>illegally</b> - which I witnessed and documented firsthand - they were almost certainly willing to do the same to content creators without any repercussions.<br><br>But nothing says, &quot;We&apos;re innocent!&quot; quite like a follow-up threat of legal action. &nbsp;🙄

  People form 343 just should move on and be quiet. 19 years 3 main games, &nbsp;11 years two games, nothing mind blowing, 5 year&apos;s after last game and they pitching new game...<br>Now they are doing mental gymnastics to look ok and getting backlash...

  If that Piere person goes to Activision then Halo doesn&apos;t have a chance there either. HE helped destroy the franchise.

  Pierre going to Activision?<br>Oh please no. The rumor I saw is they want nothing to do with him and those associated with him. If anything they can interview him and learn how it all went wrong. Though, who knows if he would be honest and own up to anything.

  To be honest, I don&apos;t know how much community goodwill was left to burn for the halo devs. Dancing on 343&apos;s grave was the most common reaction to the studio&apos;s collapse for a reason

  I still think 343i renamed themselves Halo Studios because they thought there was no way Xbox would shut down the dev with Halo in their name.

  Gotta be honest - i am not buying anything from 343 that doesn&apos;t involve them acknowledging that they released Halo games that were below standards for fans. So many excuses. <br>Yes, Microsoft owns this as well. But don&apos;t be deceived - 343i should have done far, far better.

  Look at what he said word for word verbatim &quot;there was no leadership blacklist&quot;... He never said a blacklist didn&apos;t exist, just that leadership was not in charge of it. This could mean a blacklist exist but was passed off to HR or Marketing. A legalise way to try to make themselves look innocent when he knows damn well what they did.
