  I understand that because Leonard is so persistent and insecure, it seems like he always goes too far, but he was right about Penny&apos;s friend. I&apos;m one of those people who doesn&apos;t think it&apos;s strange if a person in a relationship has friends of the opposite sex from different groups. &nbsp; But being friends is one thing, but to spend the night alone with another guy in, no matter what kind of friends you are, is not exactly good. Not to mention that they had something between them before.

  As a woman, I am 100% with Leonard. I get people saying that he shouldn&apos;t have handled it that way, but he had every right to be upset as other pointed out not only was it an ex-boyfriend staying over her house, but she clearly had no intention of telling him until they were trying to find an excuse out of playing Sheldon&apos;s game again on the day she was supposed to be picking up her ex from the airport. Even if it wasn&apos;t an ex-boyfriend, some guy who&apos;s not family staying over is not a cool move. It&apos;s a comedy I know and everybody has their Follies, but I&apos;m just saying in real life. That&apos;s a big red flag.

  Penny’s logic in S3E7 ~ <br><br>Step 1 - get asked by an old partner if they can stay at your place<br>Step 2 - agree without so much as mentioning it to your long term partner <br>Step 3 - even after agreeing, still don’t tell your partner and wait for it to be randomly revealed to them during a completely unrelated conversation <br>Step 4 - get upset and confused when your partner feels blindsided <br>Step 5 - don’t sit down and have a conversation with your partner about how to move forward… instead, treat them like a child and give them the silent treatment until they say that they were wrong and they go along with what you want regardless of how they may feel about it<br><br>This seems like a great way to ruin a relationship lol

  Penn was wrong for not telling Leanard and he was wrong in how he responded to that. &nbsp;In what world should she not tell her bf another dude is sleeping on her couch???? lol geez.

  Not showing the full scene of Sheldon and Penny doing the round of Soft kitty is a crime🤣 They&apos;re bond is so great and only gets better as the seasons go on.

  I think it’s a fair enough take to think Leonard was justified in being uncomfortable with both the situation and the fact that Penny let him find out in passing (a situation which without, it’s more than likely he would’ve found out when the guy was already there). <br><br>I think Penny was right to not be happy with the way he vocalised it, and taking out his insecurities on her.<br><br>So I’d say no one is purely right or purely wrong but I think Leonard deserves some slack. <br><br>I’d be very surprised if anyone would be keen with their partner being alone in their apartment over night with someone they used to (even casually) sleep with, especially if their own relationship is in its infancy. But more so, they’d be annoyed at the lack of communication and willingness to be secretive over that, if that isn’t a red flag, I dunno what is!

  You are OUT of your mind if you&apos;re cool with your partner&apos;s ex sleeping over.<br><br>If I showed up at my girlfriend&apos;s house and some random guy I knew absolutely nothing about answered the door, we&apos;d already have a problem. And let&apos;s be clear: if Sheldon hadn&apos;t brought Sunday up, she had ZERO intention of telling Leonard that he was even there.<br><br>Then I find out the random guy answering the door is actually her EX, and instead of acknowledging how completely inappropriate that looks, she tries to gaslight me into believing it&apos;s no big deal?<br><br>Nah. We would&apos;ve been DONE. Not necessarily because an ex was there, but because of the secrecy, lack of communication, and sheer level of disrespect involved. You don&apos;t get to hide something like that from your partner and then act like they&apos;re unreasonable for having a problem with it.
