  Ibuprofen is a medication, and in Spain you can only buy it at pharmacies without a prescription in doses of up to 400; doses of 600 require a prescription. It’s not a piece of candy that can be sold just anywhere, it has side effects, just like any other medication. If he&apos;s been in Germany for so many years, he&apos;s a little slow to figure out why things are the way they are.
