  Thai-American here!  My biggest suggestion is to take a Thai language course in class or online. Being able to communicate with Thai locals will change your entire Thailand experience for the better!  Thai people are very social but are very shy when speaking in English. With practice and determination, you will be fluent in one year! Those expats who refuse to learn Thai end up very lonely after a year. Please take my advice and learn Thai!  I promise you you'll be more excited about Thailand in one year than you are now!

  I started going to Thailand in 2015 and have returned every winter since. There are so many of us out there living this life. We've found paradise and you havent even scratched the surface.

  Thank you for sharing your visits. Your content was such a vibe and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was on point and I loved the music.  The haircut looks good on you.  I plan to visit Thailand at some point.  I would love to stay for a whole month...maybe more to get a feel for it.  In regards to income, look into remote jobs.
