  The beginning of a series of videos review and essay of all the Star Ocean games, which is never a bad thing because this saga is known for 5 people in total, amazing video!

  I remember when I first played this game I convinced my friend that Ronyx was named &quot;Smelvin&quot; and spent 15 minutes on castle treasury dungeon because the evil shadow demon dagger I made for Phia was healing the boss and I had no idea what the fuck was going on and just assumed &quot;Oh classic tri-Ace difficulty spike&quot; <br><br>I think my fav part about SO1 are the pre-rendered backgrounds. I can&apos;t really put into words why I love them so much but the lighting of them genuinely feels like I am exploring this castle/cave/bio-lab. Being able to recreate PS1-esque &nbsp;pre-rendered backgrounds for a PSP game is just, so cool. Also Anime Star Trek with cat people is awesome XD

  Marvel was actually Joshua&apos;s sister. &nbsp;So then they decided to allow you the choice to either keep the marvel form of Joshua&apos;s sister his sisters actual form.

  Just as Star Ocean is one of the most underrated series, Super Hambone is one of the most underrated channels. Cheers! Except I&apos;ll be drinking a beer instead of a Red Bull.

  I had no clue about this series until this video! You&apos;ve definitely convinced me to play it, a difficult fantasy sci-fi jrpg with complex systems i can spend hours messing with sounds like a dream made in heaven! Keep up the good work with your videos, I absolutely love your personality and energy that you bring to each one; you are severely underappreciated :)

  Took the words right out of my mouth. Star Ocean is one of my favorite series ever, but it’s also one of the hardest to recommend to people. Not because of its flaws, but because its so intensely a series where you get out of it what you put in, and it’s hard to explain exactly how to people who don’t already know Tri-Ace’s style. <br><br>Also, two quirks to mention:<br><br>On Scouting, and the encounter rate, it may have actually been increasing it. If you use Scouting with a character that doesn’t have the “Animal Instinct” Talent, it has a high chance of doing the opposite of what you set it to. <br><br>And regarding the Treasury gear, there actually is a way to keep it when you leave. <br><br>Anyway, excellent video! Dig your humor and editing style, and plus it’s always nice to see someone making Star Ocean content!
