  I love the fact that she took accountability for her own actions, instead of throwing the blame on someone else for the way her life was… Accountability is such a beautiful thing unfortunately it’s lacking in these generations

  I AM exactly 222 watching this. Down 18 pounds. Been overweight off and on my entire life. Lose it all gain it back plus some. I’m glad for this video. Must keep watching 🙏🏾

  Your story is so motivating. &nbsp;But I&apos;m 62. Covid ruined my lungs, and I can &nbsp;no longer do cardio. My joints are bad. &nbsp;Weeks of hospitalization left me loosing almost a pound of muscle a day, and as soon as I was back home, I gained 50 back. &nbsp;Now it is almost impossible to lose it. &nbsp;I&apos;m lifting at home, walking backwards to help my knees, walking the dog every day, but it&apos;s ridiculous at this point in my life. I need support and help, I think, to overcome all of this. &nbsp;It makes me feel weak, and I hate that.
