  ohhhhh my gosh. Okay, around the <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xCFaBCDot9Q&amp;t=1120">18:40</a> mark… the &quot;Chief Reinforcement Officer.&quot; &nbsp;Gut-punch moment. I often will get creative work returned to me from a talented team member... and what do I do? I sit on it. &nbsp;I just sit on it because I&apos;m still processing it. &nbsp;I need to honor these talented individuals who JUST committed their time and energy and lots of effort into fulfilling for me (for us), and GIVE them a response. Sooner. Even if I say, &quot;Thanks for sending this back so quickly. Give me a little time to process it and fit it into the big picture.&quot; Maybe something else genuine that can build them up and motivate them to move onto the next task (&apos;cause I&apos;m not they&apos;re only client; they need to continue to be productive for their other commitments… and they certainly don&apos;t need to stay stuck on filling in a story based on my &apos;feedback gap&apos;). &nbsp;Thanks Leila.

  😂 on the resistance to working out. I’m a former top athlete and you’d think I’m be sooo motivated - NO - you just do it because it has to get done! Consistency is key…and that builds the self confidence. Momentum builds traction builds …motivation ..

  &quot;Delegate and reward&quot; is wisdom I wish I&apos;d learned when I was leading a team twenty years ago. It only really clicked ten years ago, when I had nothing to reward my team with but authentic, heartfelt gratitude—and they were satisfied with it.
