  I watched Leila&apos;s and Alex&apos;s videos for about a year. I was pumped up with motivation but nothing in my life was changing.<br>3 months ago I started waking up at 6am every day, no exceptions. It was the easiest change for me bc I&apos;m naturally a morning person. Then I added gym, at first 1 time a week, then 2 times a week, now its 3 times a week. I started studying after work, at first at least 15 mins, now 2-3 hours. Before that, for the whole year I was waiting for that one big moment of change, but now I&apos;m realizing change really is the process. And not a quick one. It&apos;s been 3 months and I don&apos;t feel like the new person yet, but I don&apos;t feel like my past self either. It&apos;s a strange feeling of being stuck in between old me and new me, &nbsp;where all those new habits are not yet a solid part of my identity, yet my old habits already died.<br><br>I&apos;ve never heard Alex or Leila talk about this, idk if this is my subjective experience but if anyone else can relate, comment below!

  I literally have nothing right now....nothing....no family support, no friends, no job, nothing....but I have thought of rebuilding my life day by day through my content creation journey...and your videos are such a big support system for me. I have learnt so much from your videos and they have helped me come out of a really dark place. I still have depression, anxiety but I have made it my mission to get out of it and I know I will...no matter how long it takes.
