  Pharmacist here!<br>Tylenol (paracetamol) and Advil (ibuprofen) are just the brand names! They have the same active ingredients in them and it has no effect on how well they work. It&apos;s like Panadol being a brand for paracetamol in the UK. It&apos;s just more expensive but works exactly the same :)

  I think this phenomenon happens in lots of other countries too… my family has been to South Korea and we were SO into buying products simply because they were Korean.

  I&apos;m from Brazil and there are loads of Brazilian content creators that live in the US and their whole social media is just saying how amazing the United States are. There is this one guy who got a coment saying something like &quot;Brazil has free health care, the US doesn&apos;t&quot; and, I kid you not, this man went to an adidas store, filmed all the sneakers prices, put the prices in the Brazilian website in the screen (of couse more expensive) and said &quot;see, thats because of free health care&quot;. This man made a comparison between FREE HEALTHCARE and SNEAKERS

  You should see people&apos;s hauls from Japan &amp; Korea!! It is common for people to buy new luggage to bring everything back home... it&apos;s insane!!

  This is so funny because in America (I live in America) some of these products aren’t even “Staple” products for people, they are just items that influencers promote the heck out of. My local grocery store has EOS and the Lemme gummies and they are almost always stocked because many people just don’t buy them, it’s the influencers. So I do find it interesting how people coming from out of the country come here and freak out about the popular products when there is other, better products
