Can You Be Saved But Not Spirit-Filled?

  I have been saved for a few years, but recommitted recently to Jesus and definitely have been filled with the Holy Spirit a feeling I’ve never felt before

  My mother was a powerful prayer warrior.  Her prayers got results.  She loved Jesus and walked by His love and word.  She was truly a sainted woman.  About 3 years after I was ordained, I received the baptism of the Holy Spirit.  I shared that with Mom, and she said, how do I get that?  I told her to pray.  She asked how would she know when it happens?  I told her not to worry because she will know.  A few months later she called and announced with much joy,  “I got it, I got the baptism of the Holy Spirit!  We rejoiced together.  It is not a requirement to have the baptism of the Holy Spirit to be counted as saved.  This baptism is a gift given when the Holy Spirit deems it necessary.

  This video is great! &nbsp;I grew up Baptist (cessationist), and my wife was Pentecostal. &nbsp;We branched off from both of our upbringings and went to a non denominational church. &nbsp;We both asked God to break down walls and to let truth be our foundation. &nbsp;Result: there is so much content that I can&apos;t be a cessationist anymore, my wife found God&apos;s grace and perfect fatherly qualities in a way she never knew. &nbsp;The result is we have no hard feelings to anyone who has different viewpoints on this because we once did too. &nbsp;When I look at it from overhead, the man who asked Jesus if he will remember him, had the response from Jesus that truly today you will be with me in paradise! &nbsp;My point being, it&apos;s not a salvation view, I don&apos;t think the man next to Jesus on the cross had time for theology. &nbsp;Not that I&apos;m saying it isn&apos;t important, but not a Salvation issue. &nbsp; <br><br>I appreciate that you guys talk about these topics. Praise God for your great content! &nbsp; I&apos;m hooked!

  I started going to church seeking God with all my heart but I was scared to get baptized I was already going thru spiritual warfare and I was watching many videos that people go thru even more spiritual warfare after baptism so I was really trying to avoid getting baptized at all cost even after I was attending church for a whole yr and then one night before bed I had a vision my 1st ever vision I was sooo shocked. The vision just had the words Mark:1:8 I would close and open my eyes and the verse was still there in my vision , until I grabbed my phone to see what it meant or what God was trying to tell me and this is what it said , mark 1:8 I will baptize you with water but he will baptize you with the Holy Spirit ! I was sooo happy I knew then God was calling me to be baptize . And I was obedient I was baptized the next month after my vision 🥰🙌🏽

  My mind didn’t go to any of those places with “the gift of God” we are to stir into flames. 🔥 but instead had this dropped into my spirit, the gift of faith is given to each but in their own portion and measure according to God. So to me this is to stir up the flames of faith in us, to stoke the fires of faith in our heart and He will increase it before Him. This is another reason corporate worship and praise is so important bc we literally “lever each other up” in the spirit realm bolstering our faith with each other’s expressions of faith. So cool ❤️‍🔥🔥🙌🏻

  Hey Fella’s, man you guys just explained so much to me that I have misunderstood, didn’t quite know, and wondered about thru my journey in life. The Holy Spirit is running out my eyes and down my cheeks and I have a HIGH that know alcohol or drug can give you, it’s a HIGH you can’t explain, when the Holy Spirit is running in your veins, you just have to experience it.
