  Canada use to be Protestant, but now we are lost. Our own government is against Christians and too many people have created a Jesus that they want, not who he truly is. We need Jesus here badly!

  My parents were Catholic ( Roman Catholic). I went to Catholic school 1st-through 6th grade. But I questioned some things. So, my dad said, "It's good to question because your beliefs are not dictated by anyone else. You should explore different churches/ denominations for your answers." And ultimately, he believed God's word was the ultimate answers to all our questions. He was a very wise and loving and humble man. I lost him in 1996, but even today ( 2026), his wisdom comes back to me!

  I was raised Lutheran, now attend an independent Baptist church, and appreciate the high church liturgy and deep theological emphasis on grace with which I was raised, and the scriptural deep dives and expressive worship I am now part of. There is much to be learned from our fellow Christian denominations, and I hope we can all take the best of each one and apply it to our faith walks.

  As a converting Catholic. I love you guys and what you do. I love all my Christian brothers and sisters. We have our differences, arguments, and positions; but at the end of the day. I like to believe we would all die at the stake for our one and only savior, Jesus Christ. My thoughts and prayers for you all and your families.❤️

  Greek Orthodox here. 😊 I was really hoping for a Grok image!<br><br>I was born and raised Presbyterian, so I’ve always enjoyed visiting other churches with friends. I also really enjoyed your podcast on the different denominations. It reminded me that, at the end of the day, we’ve got a whole lot more in common than we do apart.<br><br>We believe in the same God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus is fully God and fully man, that He died and rose again for the salvation of the world, and that the Bible is God’s inspired Word. We both believe prayer, repentance, and living for Christ matter, and that we’re called to love our neighbors, share the Gospel, and serve others.<br><br>Where we differ isn’t really about who Jesus is. It’s more about how we understand and live out the faith He handed down to us. I’ve always enjoyed learning from other Christians, and I love seeing the ways God is at work across different traditions while keeping Christ at the very center of it all.<br><br>Grace and peace to y’all. 🙏🏼✝️

  My dad was a Methodist Free PK... he married an ex-catholic... I grew up in a presbyterian church... and married a baptist haha... these are all SPOT ON HILARIOUS.

  My cousin was a full gospel preacher who believed I was not saved if the Holy Spirit had not given me the gift of speaking in tongues. I believed that wasn’t the gift I got, but knew I had received the Holy Spirit, and they lean so hard on experience that they miss the truth of the gifts they are able to receive. The fact that he didn’t believe I was saved was a stumbling block in our relationship, because he was judging my relation with Christ, which only God can do. I believe he was saved, but only God knows.

  As a Coptic Orthodox Christian, (Coptic Orthodox Church was started by St Mark) I suggest having different priests and pastors from the denominations to get the full truth. Oh, and start with the Coptic&apos;s, you missed us on this podcast. I know it was only 40 min, but there was a lot missed. I would like to see Fr Kyrillos Ibrahim, or Fr Kyrillos Ibrahim, or for my Eastern brothers, I would like to see Fr Josiah Trenham. Peace be with you all!

  I grew up Pentecostal. Was baptized at age 12, knowing I love God and Jesus and wanted to be his child forever. &nbsp;Mom left that church and &nbsp;took us to a Baptist church. I was in my teens and didn&apos;t pay attention. &nbsp;I left that &nbsp;church in my twenty&apos;s and didn&apos;t go to any church till i met my husband, who was a Lutheran. &nbsp;<br>We moved to the Midwest in my early 30s and joined my husband and his family&apos;s Missouri Synod Lutheran church. Baptism and &nbsp;Holy Communion were the most difficult for me to understand. All my children were baptized at different ages. I had two from a first marriage, &nbsp;one with my husband of 33 yrs. We baptized our youngest as a baby. <br>All our children are adults now. All are saved by grace and believe that Jesus died for our sins and arose on the triday by God for the forgiveness of our sins. &nbsp;<br>I stopped going to church about 7 yrs ago. I am a sinner saved by grace, and I want to go back to church. My middle son goes to a Bible based church. He married the pastor&apos;s daughter. &nbsp;My youngest still goes to a Lutheran Church in Denver, Missouri Synod. The oldest is unchurched. <br>Thank you for explaining the different churches&apos; beliefs. &nbsp;I am praying God will lead me where I should go to church. If anyone has gotten this far in what I&apos;ve written, please pray for all of us and thank you.

  The best part of this podcast is the prayer at the end, not because they are amazing prayers, but because they are done at all. It helps us remember that whatever the subject of the podcast is, all glory belongs to God and to Him alone 🙏🏻

  Many Methodist churches in the US left the United Methodist denomination and formed a new branch of Methodism called the Global Methodist Church. &nbsp;We are conservative and evangelical.
