  We followed your advice. We interviewed realtors, then brought the successful one in early in the process. We decluttered. We cleaned. We staged. We listened to our professional’s advice. The result? Our first showing resulted in a full-price, cash offer. We went from a Tuesday morning &nbsp;“listing going live” stage, through three inspections on Thursday and Friday (no remedies requested), to a Saturday morning call that we were clear to “get packing”. I took control of the marketing .... we tried 30 days with her generic property description ... took 30 days off to improve presentation ... now starting again with MY property description ...   When we tried to sell our house and failed miserably, the most important thing we received was feedback. We knew some of the issues, but hearing it a few times from buyers really put an emphasis on the problems and inadequacies. We decided to hold off selling for about 10 years until we retire (so our next place isn&apos;t tied to our jobs), we refinanced at a ridiculously low rate at the perfect time, and fixed a lot of the issues while remodeling for US. Now we love the house, and with some repairs, decluttering and paint, we think we&apos;ll have a shot at selling next time.

  I just started escrow on the sale of our home.<br>We left for Vegas and asked our Agent to have two back-to-back Open Houses and five days in between for follow-up tours. <br>Guess what:<br>29 Offers.<br>Listing price was INCREASED by <br>$90,000 and we got four offers ABOVE that new, higher asking price.<br>Extraordinary?
