  Very interesting video. It did make me chuckle when the second the voiceover said all Sunspel clothes are made in England up popped a Sunspel shirt with a ‘Made in Portugal’ label.

  I stumbled across a brand called Remus in a bespoke shop in Grimsby. I believe that it is a family owned Irish company. Honestly their quality, craftsmanship and washability is exceptional. 😊

  I was an M&S garment technologist and used to comparison purchase Thomas Pink shirts at £75 before taking the fabric quality and stitch count to our manufacturer's and specifying a better construction in shirts selling for £18 or £25 for the upmarket 'city shirt'!

  Spoke. I've been buying my trousers from them since they started out. I just really like the fact you can choose not only the waist size but also the length and shape.  The material is really good too.  My only issue with them is the pockets tend to be way too big for some reason.  Other than that their chinos are top notch.

  I was genuinely interested in this video but the section on Sunspel was so off the mark that it made me doubt whether I could believe the rest. Sunspel Classic t shirts are Supima cotton jersey, not cellular or even mesh like their Riviera range. Others have noted the pricing errors. This kind of video is valid, but you’ve got to get the details right.

  As an Italian who has bought hand made shirts & has a eye for quality fabrics & finish... Trust me when I say, some of the best shirts & other items are made by Selected Homme..

  Nobody pays full price for Tyrwhitt shirts - they’re always on a multi buy deal which ends up much the same price as M&S, but with many more colour, cut, size and cuff options.

  Unfortunately, M&S has abandoned large sizes (XXXL, size 52 trousers, or shirts with 19 collars). Some of the more expensive brands didn't.

  I own clothes from Sunspel, Charles Tyrwhit, M&S and NEXT. if you choose carefully and buy during sales, you can save a fortune. I have John Lewis Cashmere sweaters that feel as good as my N..peel stuff.
