We use to live close to Naples. We would drive through Port Royal. It was so beautiful.

Just the property in Port royal alone was worth millions of $. I've been through that neighborhood more then once. My husband use to work in Naples. He took me through that neighborhood so I could see the homes. It was so beautiful. We moved out of state before Ian hit. I hate to see that.

This is another reason insurance is expensive down in Florida. The wealth down in those places is something many people can't imagine. When we moved back to Ohio after living down there 25 yrs, my husband would tell people how he worked on homes that were 20 and 30 some sq living ft. When he told them about those homes they didn't even believe him. They really thought he was lying. I got to go in some of them homes and see them. He did stone work, marble, fireplaces. He was a subcontractor that did most of his work for one contractor that built those homes. He also did brick work. People that have never lived in a place like this, cannot imagine anything close to these homes.
