  I moved to nearby Springfield Township, Bucks County 30 years ago, &nbsp;in the past 5 years Quakertown has been booming in population, &nbsp;with houses under construction, &nbsp;and I have seen several of your videos on this area, &nbsp;reason why people are moving in is not because of value, &nbsp;jobs, jobs, jobs, &nbsp;huge industrial parks, &nbsp;and St. Lukes Hospital has a huge network of health care facilities, plus it has two hospitals, &nbsp;Quakertown in town, &nbsp;and Upper Bucks on Route 663. &nbsp;Also Allentown and Bethlehem are nearby, &nbsp;as well for jobs in the Lehigh Valley. &nbsp;I take the train in for Philly at the Colmar Station, &nbsp;not that far. &nbsp;And Septa does own the right of way to the old Bethlehem Branch, &nbsp;if the population keeps booming, &nbsp;tracks are still being used as freight in the area.

  Ardmore is where I grew up. Haverford school district. One of the best!

  I&apos;m 3rd generation West Chester born, but as a newlywed in the 80s, (even then) we couldn&apos;t afford a house there. The house my parents paid $13,000 for in 1960 is valued at over $600,000 today.

  Ardmore lifelong resident here. Every part of town is perfect for me, but I will say, the real only glaring negative is traffic. Often, you have no option but to use route 30 lancaster avenue to get places on the main line. That traffic on that road ain&apos;t pretty. Other than that, Ardmore is wonderful and very walkable. You can get to basically everything you need walking from your house in less than 15 minutes no matter where you live

  Live in king of Prussia… I love it low property taxes and the proximity to everything is perfect!

  I can’t believe that Media is not mentioned at all despite being consistently highly ranked nationally. I get you said ‘a selection’ but what were the criteria used that excluded it from the list??

  I grew up in Philly and I was never really impressed with Ardmore but I honestly haven’t been there in probably 20 years I currently live in a town called Hatfield in Montgomery county
