  I laughed you put your booties on. Then you saw how nasty it was,, booties disappeared and you told the kid you guess its ok for the room to look bad. LOL!!!

  I watch an Arizona based rattle snake channel. The amount of times they attended a home to remove snakes from under the condenser units.

  Wow - it "appeared" pretty clean. I couldn't believe how much dirt still came out after you soaked it. Makes me wonder how dirty mine actually is when I THINK I keep it pretty clean. You guys are angels for so many during this extreme heat. We appreciate you. Love your channel and knowledge you're sharing. People should really take better care of their units. I clean mine each season change and even put up a large shade sail over top during the summer months (super high up for shade & keep air flow free). I think it helps. I just try to give it a break - it works hard for us. No snakes found near my A/C, yet, but have LOTS out in the woods and surrounding area so I'll keep an eye out. Thx for the video!

  The landlord / property manager should really be going in these units every 6 months to perform these easy routine maintenance tasks. Would be your loss not getting the call but they'd have saved themselves a lot of money.

  I have the Amada runs on R 22, the unit was manufactured 2002. <br>Last year, the blower fan and the cap stopped working. <br>I called the AC company, they wanted 3400$ for the replacement. Well, I had enough of the being f... by ac company. Look up on the exact model of the motor, the cap. Endured three nights of living hell in Phoenix July. Googled how to replace motor on youtube. <br>It costed me closed to 300$ and one afternoon on the roof. <br>Back in business again. <br>Last week, the condenser fan gave in. I asked the maintenance man at work to replace it for me. Total damaged was 227$ for the motor and the cap. He helped me to replace the motor, it took him about 2 hours to finish the job. Of course I paid him. <br>Anyway, try to learn to DIY as much as you can before the ac company ream your behind.

  You’ve got to love a worker that cares enough to put on footies before he enters someone’s home…EVEN IF ITS A LANDFILL!<br><br>How can one be so anti-hygienic when they have little ones living there? To be a good caregiver, laziness is not an option!<br>Clean your home for the kids sake people! WTH!!

  My dad did residential heating and air conditioning repair. First thing he checked after making sure the power switch was on, was the filters. You have to move air!

  So in a nutshell...replaced that disgusting filter in handler, changed capacitor, gave condenser really good cleaning, and vacuumed out condensate at air handler. I&apos;ve found many of the older R-22 systems are pretty reliable compared to some of the newer junk today actually.
