My choices for best Canadians are Frederick Banting, Charles Best, and James Collip. Together, they invented insulin in Toronto in 1922.

Canada has never had a president, always a Prime Minister however Lester B. Pearson was the President of the United Nations General Assembly in 1952.

I would replace Gretzky with Banting...the chemist who discovered insulin.

I'd put Terry in front of the first 2 for sure. I think a lot of Canadians will agree

Canada`s first world renowned superstar. Mary Pickford (born April 8, 1892, Toronto, Ontario, Canada—died May 29, 1979, Santa Monica, California, U.S.) was a Canadian-born American motion-picture actress who became known as “America’s sweetheart” of the silent screen. She was one of Hollywood’s first film stars and she was a founder of United Artists Corporation. At the height of her career, Pickford was one of the richest and most famous women in the world. 🇨🇦
