  After listening to you guys, I need to confess.... I MADE A TOTAL MESS WITH RAISING MY 3 KIDS!! &nbsp;I was a single mom and emotionally abused my kids a lot!! &nbsp;I have been forgiven by God and by them when I had a confession meeting with them when they were 19, 21 and 23. &nbsp;But today I see the lack of disciple and over protection in their parenting styles. &nbsp;Although we are in good relationship today, they do not trust me with their hearts. I pray every day that they would come to the Lord!! &nbsp;I &nbsp;have 5 wonderful grandkids... 3 boys and 2 girls.

  Raised Daughter she is Elder, Son four years younger. She Naturally took Care of my Son. Watched him So He Wouldn’t get in trouble. She Became A very Good Mother When She had 3 Children. Now They Love and Respect Each Other Helping Each Other To Make It Home to Their Heavenly Father <br>Amen 🙇🏻🙇🏻🙌🏻✝️♥️

  I realized that I was trying to bring my children according to the wisdom of the world and this podcast has reminded me that as a Christian, God has that covered and we need to stick to the word of God so that we can reap the benefits of being obedient to his word.

  My mom and I have talked on the phone pretty much every day since I left college. I tell her how I’m feeling and almost everything that happens in a day. I have three grown kids, 1 girl , 2 boys, and we text some, but it’s just not the same day to day closeness I share with my now-elderly mom. I follow all this advice about being supportive and open but not pushing, but they still don’t share much. I pray for them all the time. I want to share that next level of closeness though. Not to give advice and get my way, but to know and be known-to be best friends and prayer partners.

  Wow, what an amazing message. I am a nation builder! What a totally different perspective. As a stay at home mom to five for the last 18 years, I have always struggled with my significance. This is such a good reminder of what I’m really doing here at home.
