  Oh fun fact from behind the scenes the Doberman was actually covered it in that stuff so it looked like that, ofc with added effects for the missing parts but the behind the scenes footage is so cute cause they’re just regular ass dogs wagging their tails lol

  They talk about the Alice in Wonderland references on the dvd commentary. Michelle and her partner are tweetle dee and tweedle dum, the guy who keeps referencing the timer is the white rabbit and I think the brother of the one girl is supposed to be the Cheshire cat.

  I actually was obsessed with these movies, they were part of my inspirations to start writing scifi as a kid. They&apos;re so bad and they get worse with each movie but I love them lmao

  I absolutely loved these movies as a teen, they got me into resident evil. They aren’t really faithful to the games obv but they’re so fun I did a rewatch of the whole thing just before news of the new movie dropped. They still hold up as fun for me can’t wait to watch it with you both. (I know they’re ridiculous dw, it was just a fun badass women era back then) <br>Edit: felt the need to add that I genuinely used to watch some of these movies every night with a friend for like a solid 2 months

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FGL64fce-9g&amp;t=2572">42:52</a> while he did shed a tear when he found her, I think he knew/suspected her outcome and internalised it throughout the movie. <br><br>Also characters for sure do not express this level of emotions for the loss of life of a relative stranger. Granted, they formed a bond as the movie progressed but a lot of movies these days are more &quot;we care about our groups/our people&quot; (for instance Walking Dead), and not so much their shared humanity, unless the character is explicitly portrayed as that archetype.<br><br>I am so excited for these coming reactions! ❤❤🎉🎉
