The biggest evidence against Wendy is when she pulls up to the crime scene tape and doesn’t slam on her brakes and run to that house to make sure her children were not in any danger. This is proof she knew what was happening. Plus she fueled the fire to make this all happen.

No normal person is going to say that their lawyer told them not to talk about the case with their family. If she really thought her family was innocent, she would absolutely talk to them because she wouldn't think there would be anything to hide or cover up since no one's involved. This just shows right there they all were involved.

Remember, Wendi never told Donna that the divorce negotiation had ended and that she couldn't live in Miami. Donna always thought that there was a chance her and the kids would stay with them in South Miami. <br><br>Remember the whole thing with Wendi "attempting" to buy a house in Tallahassee and kind of holding that over Donna's head? I think Wendi was only threatening to move to Tallahassee, to get her family to act on her behalf and get rid of Dan. That if Dan was gone, she could stay with them in South miami. But if Dan's around, she has to move to Tallahassee with the kids. <br><br>I think Wendi only used buying that house as leverage and never had any intention of moving.
