What I learned from this trial:<br><br>1) assume that everything you put online will wind up on a court transcript <br>2) assume that everything you say in public will wind up on a court transcript <br>3) assume everything you say on the phone will wind up on a court transcript <br>4) assume that you aren't the smartest person in the room.
