Robert Frost, in his 1914 poem "Mending Wall", stated "Good fences make good neighbors". Boundaries are important.

The owners of the tower wouldn't be so accommodating when an outside entity, without permission, turned off the equipment and removed it and the tower. Law enforcement and the court would have become involved, and the HOA would have been sued. The owner of that property would have also been up in arms that someone had done work on their land without permission. In this story, every legal reason for not removing the tower had been given to the HOA, as clear as day. That done, no one should have contracted any company to remove and preserve the tower and equipment. And while this story said no one held heated conversations, that's exactly what would have happened if an unauthorized removal had been done.

Yet another soap opera story that is an absolute fantasy. If the owner would have had the FAA involved since the get go, the story would be a very short one.

They tore it down like they owned the place… 😳🔥 Then the FAA asked one very uncomfortable question: “Who authorized this?”
