!!!!PSA!!!<br>Do NOT give your DNA to these types of companies and databases, if they go bankrupt they can sell your genetic information to anyone (including those involved in health insurance), and with the technology we have now they could find certain content in your genes that could be a pre-cursor for disease and use that information to deny claims

This lack of service and attention sums up the wider problem. First Class with a 20 minute wait to be acknowledged, missing food and champagne, and a pillow stored loose in an overhead bin is not premium by any measure. When basic standards slip, the brand promise collapses. This is not bad luck. It is cultural drift throughout Britain, and passengers feel it.

The lack of service, the not loaded food and beverages, the pillow, the cleanliness in general are outrageous - however the tea pot is great 😂

From one Dan to another - Thank you for your factually and refreshingly honest review.<br><br>Sadly BA has become a budget airline with Concorde prices.....it's really gone downhill.

I’ve always thought BA was completely shit, I’m with you on the cleanliness, surprised you didn’t mention the worn window controls, and the food splatters on the door to your seat! Also I’ve heard countless stories of BA’s poor ground handling with one case where an entire plane was kept at the gate after landing for over an hour because nobody would operate the jetway and they didn’t have any stairs left…
