  I’ve been doing this for years now. 3 years ago I figured out that water movement was more important than water filtration. I let the plants filter and just had an air stone breaking the water.

  I’m reconstructing my tank with all three plants (small versions) together with the Malaysian Trumpet Snail and the Bristle-Nosed Placo in a 60Ltr large glass vase with an Aerator and already purchased aquatic plants with goldfish. <br>I need to change the current base of coloured rocks to a sandy base. <br>I fed my fish a finely chopped piece of blanched zucchini yesterday and the loved it. I had no idea they ate fresh veggies. <br>Your information is invaluable. Thank you. 😁

  Thank you sir for this valuable information. I understand the importance of live plants in an aquarium, and have tried to keep them in my 50 gal. tank. I&apos;ve tried many varieties, including the beginner, easy to grow plants. They don&apos;t last. I&apos;ve tried different lights and fertilizers and my plants die. I am glad to see your videos show up in my feed. I think it is a fantastic concept to give the tank the benefits of live plants with land plants roots in the aquarium. I will try all three, for the different effects they provide. I also like the idea of green onions. I am excited about the fact that we spend so much on filters and chemicals to maintain water quality, when nature does it for free. I enjoy your videos, and have learned a lot! Subscribed!

  I have just figure this out on my own I realize this will regular plants in my aquarium my fish are healthier no deaths. So I have learned more.

  I&apos;ve been doing this with peace lilly, spider plant and snack plant ,it&apos;s been 5days and the difference is amazing, the plants are thriving and the tanks are thriving, I wish I&apos;d known about it earlier,

  Thank you SO MUCH for this information. I just purchased a cycled aquarium today. This after 3 months of hemming and hawing whether to get one at all. I opted for a self recycling set up because it&apos;s less maintenance, cost and nature is beautiful when you can help her do it herself. I will plant a Peace &nbsp;Lily after I&apos;m more settled in. Following ...

  Thank you for such an informative video. I never thought about doing this. I have a 125 liter tank which is heavily planted and has a standard internal filter, the water parameters are always good. My other hobby is growing house plants. I&apos;m actually propagating a few baby spider plants in water at the moment. When their roots get a bit longer I&apos;ll use those for the aquarium. I&apos;ve also got two young snake plants. I haven&apos;t got a peace lily so I&apos;ll be heading to the garden centre this weekend! Thanks again for the advice.

  I love this video ❤ I have a 35 gallon tank and have used &nbsp;bamboo &nbsp;shoots &nbsp;suspended around my tank &nbsp;for the last six months . &nbsp;I see a remarkable difference but still change filters monthly &nbsp;but no water changes are needed. &nbsp;I will now add the peace lily &nbsp;thanks to your video and add the others later to hopefully eliminate the need for filters. &nbsp;Thank you so much for your great advice. ❤
