I have never found a better onion than the "Candy'. It will grow almost anywhere and produce softball size bulbs. And they are absolutely DELICIOUS. They also keep fairly well.

I love shallots, green onions, and Vidalias, though I’ve mostly cooked with yellow onion into adulthood. I also love Chive, especially in scrambled eggs.
