I Hated Working Out Until I Understood This (How I Lost 60 LBS)

If you realize your exercise routine needs to support your peace—not become another way to chase worth—schedule a Clarity Call to explore a faith-aligned path toward emotional freedom, sustainable health habits, and greater capacity for your calling: https://bit.ly/4dllGlz In this video, you’ll learn: 1) why exercise does not have to be extreme to become part of a healthy weight-loss journey, 2) how to explore movement you genuinely enjoy instead of forcing someone else’s routine, 3) how to view fitness as a supportive outlet for stress without tying your value to the scale. For believers who have spent years cycling through diets, fasting, calorie tracking, fitness plans, and shame after inconsistency, this is an invitation to approach Christian fitness with patience, honesty, and dependence on God—not pressure or self-punishment.
