  When Mr Harrison made the historical reference to the 300 Spartan's at the thermopoli pass and our SOG warrior's it really struck home the fact that throughout history there isn't any other comparison!!! Wow... these stories are absolutely amazing every one of them.

  Randy Harrison&apos;s comments about the Medal of Honor mission having no Purple<br>Hearts awarded is true and a miracle. 1LT Fleming was originally put in for a<br>Silver Star for the mission. Several months later his recommendation crossed the<br>desk of 7th Air Force General George S, Brown. When he read the citation, he realized<br>this was a truly exceptional mission of the highest level. That very evening he dispatched<br>his aide to Nha Trang to get 1LT Fleming out of Vietnam. GEN Brown had upgraded his<br>Silver Star to the Medal of Honor. &nbsp;I had the honor of finding Fleming at the Base Exchange<br>and bring him to the general&apos;s aide. SGT Ron Winkles, 20th Special Operations Squadron,<br>1968/69 Vietnam.
