  It feels surreal having this thing in our possession. I remember years ago watching the REDACTED podcast and watching as Mike, Bored, and Saurus would sit around each episode imagining what it would be like to own and fly such a large warship. Back then I was skeptical the game would ever reach that point. If you would have told me that I would be sitting on one and launching out of one as a fighter pilot with other people in a setting like this. I would have told you to kick rocks.<br><br>In this video we put the Idris to the test, and both the M and P are proving to be incredibly capable warships, perfect as a flagship of any decent sized org.   It would be awesome if capital ships actually had a voice come over the intercom announcing important things the crew should know. Nice touch adding that in

  This was awesome to see. Makes me proud to be a part of the community.<br><br>I noticed that the idris kept turning into a cloud of player tags when you were more than a few hull lengths away. I feel like it would makes things a lot cleaner if CIG were to set player tags to be replaced by a larger ship marker from the outside until you&apos;ve boarded and are connected to the ship&apos;s channel.

  Not gonna lie, seeing a fully crewed Idris with flight support gives me hope that Squadron 42 isn’t going to be complete garbage. While the hangar is a bit, ahem, smaller than we hoped - it’s still awesome to see this working. Someday my son is going to love playing this game.

  I’ve been a backer for almost 5 years. I watch TONS of SC content. And this is one of the best videos I’ve ever seen. Maybe the best. Keep it up my friend. Loved this style of content.

  Landing is easier decoupled. You can set an approach path and let it land itself.
