Weird how they wanted a baryonyx for the movie since it’s quite small compared to the Rex. They could have gone with a giga or carcara instead since those were known at the time.

Even weirder is that they happened to make a Bary with a sail which at the time, spino already looked like that.

I would LOVE to see Mario Delgado’s concepts as modded skins in JWE3 for the Spinosaurus, especially since the second one would pair with the base game skins really nicely

My favorite scrapped Spino is the brown-ish black version from Ricardo Delgado. The next video that I think you should cover is the unused T-Rex designs from the first Jurassic Park.

Weird that jurassic park 3 almost had a realistic design

I would have liked to see the green colored Spinosaurus. It looked pretty on paper.🐉❤

5:22 I just had a different shade of brown compare to the greyish brown in the movie, or just the lighting

It's quite interesting how much of the color of concept designs ended up in the Hammond Collection figure. While the Nanmu Studios figure and statues ended looking more like he CG model and the statues made in Stan Winston Studios. Those hand puppets looked amazing. They look a bit like a ReSaurus hand puppet with more a realistic paint job applications and with added gore effects. I wish we had ReSaurus puppets for Jurassic Park 3.

Cool video! Although I believe you missed a Spinosaurus depiction on a poster from around the time of the first movie.
