  Since their prices are basically completely made up, and not based on anything, they should've gone one step further and pin it at 86,400$ instead of 84,600$. Because there are 86,400 seconds in a day and I would expect a watchmaker to know that number.

  The moral of the story, if you’re going to start a company, create a separate nonprofit one and then use it to buy your original first company to avoid taxes and other crap.
