  As someone who witnessed 2008 crash in Central Valley California; this is just the beginning; the builders are the first to bail out; leaving uncompleted plots of land and slashing prices up to 100K just to move; followed by new owners on that abandoned communities who’s are already underwater due to builders leaving, and it’s snowball from there on. Empty abandoned new homes with top- notch appliances in tact and keys hanging on the door for banks to take over and lenders never shows up for another 1-2 yrs to repossess the property. and that brings everyone price down further . It’s just 2008 scenario all over again unfortunately

  I think it's great.  I don't feel sorry for them at all. You real-estate people act like it's a mystery.  THE PRICES ARE WAY WAY TO HIGH PERIOD.

  Anyone paying more than $195,000 for that is a fool. Good luck selling a zero lot line house, without a pool in the backyard. in Port Charlotte. There are houses for less with pools on larger lots.

  The HOA is a deal breaker at any price (for me) and what good is a patio with zero privacy?  AND if you did want to put up a  fence I'm sure the HOA could deny it or just regulate it so that in the end it still gives zero privacy.

  Charlotte has no industries to support the housing cost, days of commuting 1 75 for work are over.

  Not to worry. Publicly traded companies will buy them from the banks at a huge discount and rent them to section 8 tenants

  Thank you to our host for another great segment outdoor walk-around. Learned a lot. I see nothing but value and not lived in. Some Buyers want to be first occupant. If you have toddlers, carpeting can be okay
