Thanks guys so much for the amazing support with this video! I'll be going on vacation for about a month very soon, so I plan on recording at least 2 more videos reacting to Vocaloid music before I leave, so please let me know what other vocaloid songs you would like me to check out!

i was ashamed to see that the community had hated a lot in the last video, so i'm really glad that you've given it another chance! people who hate like that for the sake of their communities or interests or whatever don't do themselves any favours...

Rolling Girl actually came out FIFTEEN years ago! So yes, that explains the weird mixing. It came out Feb 14 2010, according to my Google search :)

I'M SO GLAD YOU DIDN'T LET THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS RUINS THIS😭 I really like your reactions, because you don't force exaggerated reactions or anything like that, but rather genuinely pays attention to the song, and you're not afraid to say if you dislike something. I was sooo sad when I got to know the community was hating on you for whatever stupid reason they found :/

Either way, I hope you enjoy your vocaloid journey now!! There's so much to see and hear, I hope you can get to have fun through it and maybe discover something new you like :))

I'll leave some of my own recommendations here as well:
Bad End Night
Abnormality dancing girl
Egoist - Parsley Onuma
Echo - CrusherP

(And if you really wanna see something different, I recommend Dark Wood Circus. A lot of people don't like it, but it's one of my favorite vocaloid songs so idk)

if you listen really closely at parts like 13:23 you can actually hear wowaka too, which honestly makes me wanna cry every single time.

hitorie did a cover of it and it's wonderful , i'd definitely recommend checking that out, especially the live performance. it's so emotional and genuine and just amazing. there's also a video out there that mashes up a live performance and the miku expo tribute performance that's also definitely worth a watch. makes me sob every time.

wowaka was so influential in the vocaloid scene and the fact he passed away is a genuine tragedy to me. his music so perfectly captures emotions that are entirely impossible to explain, in my eyes at least. i cannot recommend the rest of the album enough. hitorie is DEFINITELY worth listening to, he has a wonderful voice and just. i genuinely could not recommend them enough. they're still making music today too that's just as fantastic

I recommend Melt by Ryo (supercell) ft hatsune miku voicebank. THIS is THE ONE song that popularized Vocaloid in Japan and made it this big thing it is today, an important piece of vocaloid history that has a lot of charm to it.
Also, if you want some suggestions of english songs I recommend "Again" and "Echo" by Crusher, featuring GUMI voicebank, they're classics. And Amygdala's Rag Doll by Ghost, featuring Oliver voicebank.

With wowaka's passing in 2019, the concerts that feature his music started doing tributes to him. Unknown mother goose is such a nice performance, especially for the singing part where the whole crowd follows the vocals
