  What you need: 4-5 mason jars, cheese oth or thin cotton cloth, calcium chloride, and small rocks. Make 6-7 holes in each jar lid using a nail and hammer. Place an inch layer of small rocks at the bottom of each mason jar. Lay cloth over the rocks allowing it to sag down. Pour two cups of calcium chloride on top of the cloth. Screw the lid on tightly. Do this with each mason jar. &nbsp;Place a jar in each corner of the room and one somewhere in the center. Check every two weeks, as it will produce corrosive brine that will spill over. If you see an inch of brine that has collected, pour it out away from plants and animals. Add more calcium chloride. This should last 3-4 months.

  You &nbsp;can buy bags of pure charcoal without any chemicals where they sell cookout supplies. &nbsp;These pure chunks will suck up mositure &amp; mold etc to purify your air. &nbsp;I put some in my refrigerator or in dark musty corners in the house to clean the air.

  So at this point in time because of its stigma, I really don&apos;t like using the term but I&apos;ve been a prepper for about &nbsp;15 years. Over the last couple I have been looking into numerous &quot;Amish ways&quot;. I don&apos;t know why I hadn&apos;t come across your channel until yesterday but since then I&apos;ve watched numerous videos of yours. I&apos;m glad you made the statement in this video that&quot;it&apos;s not your fault that you didn&apos;t know&quot; because I was already mentally kicking myself in the @$$ about many of the things that you have already taught me in the last 18 hours. I slept very little last night as I was consuming your videos . I never comment on videos but I felt the need to do it this time because of the fact that the system has been set up over the last 50 to 70 years in order to keep us buying things in order to make other people wealthy while at the same time keeping the giant majority of us running on a treadmill trying to keep up and chasing answers two problems that our forefathers already had answers to as a matter of common practice. Obviously I&apos;ve already subscribed and really appreciate what you&apos;re bringing to the table. Looking forward to future videos as a go through the content that you&apos;ve already created.   You don&apos;t have to buy glass jars. I buy food in jars instead of plastic containers. They accumulate in no time. You can drill holes in the lids or use cheesecloth. I use elastic hair bands to wrap around the jar opening..A package of 10 at Dollar Store for $1.25
