  possibly the singular best piece of advice you can get as an athlete in any sport when it comes to technique is that you gotta work hard to make it both look and feel easy. It's easy to get into the mindset of "oh this is hard to do so it's always gonna be hard to do it" but the reality of getting good at a technique is to make it effortless and repeatable. Yeah, it's gonna always be complicated, otherwise anybody could pick up a ball and do what the pros do, but complicated doesn't need to be hard. Work hard to make it look easy.

  Brad, fluent means speaking smoothly. He may be that, but his bowling is definitely fluid, which is the word you were after.
