This video showed me what the other videos missed. I was trying to cup the ball from the beginning until I released. No one showed me I could cup after I started my swing. Best video.

This explains why sometimes my best ball reaction is when I'm not trying to get ball reaction and then when I try to get ball reaction it goes away because when I'm trying to get it I start loaded instead of unloaded.

Have been teahing release this way for 10 years now. Hard for people to understand, but from the heel to the toes is the area in which maximum unload release should take place
