  I love that you always share to be aware that on the other side is another person, men also have their experience with dating and it’s easy to forget that. I love the reminder that not all is about us us us in this way.   there’s this woman called Maya Ellison who breaks down the hot and cold pattern in The Hidden Rules of Attachment. the part that hits is how quickly “why do they keep disappearing?” becomes “how do i get the good version of them back?” somewhere in that switch, you can end up doing all the work just to get back to something they only offered occasionally.
