  You know, whenever I hear about the Nuremberg Trial, a part of me wishes Roland Freisler would have survived long enough to get dragged before a court as well.<br><br>After hearing him rant on and on like Hitler in his speeches as much as I did, it would have been hilarious to imagine the &quot;Hitler of the court room&quot; getting a deadly dose of his own medicine.

Thank you for not giving them a blank check just because they did a lot to defeat the German army. I’m not defending the Germans it’s very easy for me to morally destroy them but since so many people I’ve noticed just ignore soviet atrocities I’m gonna switch focus a bit.<br><br>The Soviet Union we must not forget collaborated with Germany with the Molotov Ribbentrop pact which a ton of Soviet apologisers just ignore. They also committed huge war crimes like the Germans did and oppressed Eastern Europe Just like Germany did. Except maybe they didn’t genocide everyone (they certainly did things close to that too and I’m not even gonna touch on what they did pre ww2 which there are definitely things that can be seen as genocide from them then) but that’s not really something that is close to enough to forgive the soviets. I hate how people only focus on Germany and ignore the Soviet Union so thank you for not doing that.<br><br>Plz don’t delete my comment I’m not a ww2 German sympathiser just so you know lol. I’ve just written too many things about Germany and not enough crap about the Soviet Union.

  They could have trialed and sentence them all according to the german constitution and the german penal code, both never abolished until 1945. &nbsp;As stated by the penal court during the Auschwitz - Triales in 1963: &nbsp;&quot; Also during the third reich , murder was illegal&quot; .

  Actually for streicher its the opposite! They werent aboe to prove conspiracy but were able to prove that his newspaper was an incitement to genocide and a crime against humanity

  1st ! does it have weaknesses sure, but it&apos;s still important to have the Nuremberg trials. Que the false reactionary &apos;victory trials&apos; &apos;history is written by victors&apos;. And also comments for the algorithm gods.

  Well, the UK and USA also did horrible war crimes to german civilians and they were not even suffering a tiny bit of the losses the Sowjets did.
