Dio was the singer for Black Sabbath when Ozzy left. Should check out Heaven and Hell from Black Sabbath with Dio on vocals.

The guitar solo is longer in the studio version. It was cut in this video.

Ronnie James Dio : small in stature, but huge in talent and charisma.

Ronnie was performing while dying from stomach cancer, PERFECT singing while in horrid pain. Performing until his death & he kept that GOAT od a voice until the end. VERY rare for a vocalist. You should check put Dio LIVE, his voice was far MORE incredible live, soulful. In the bands Rainbow, Black Sabbath, Dio or Heaven & Hell. He also sang 'doo wop' in the 50's, 'Ronnie & the Redcoats.'
