As a happily married father of two, I have this to say to those out there who choose to be childless: all the credit to you for being so self aware.<br><br>Having kids changes exactly one thing about your life - EVERYTHING. Not everyone wants to make that change, and that’s perfectly fine.

Some people just don't want kids and that's ok. Kids deserve to be raised by parents that actually want them. Life is about choice and you have to make sure you make your choices wisely.

I'm 45, about to be 46, I'm single and childfree by choice. I don't regret it for a second. I've raised siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins; I'm done. I live my life for me.

It really sucks, when parents treat older brother or sisters as baby sitters. It definitely sours your want to have kids.

Even ppl who want kids can’t afford them. Time is ticking but my husbands and I finances are not growing. I’d rather not have a kid I can’t afford to feed, clothe, or house. It’s frustrating.

Currently very pregnant and I get why people don’t want kids right now. Things are very expensive. Children are very expensive. Lack of parental leave and a government crisis. This is a different society to have a child in.
