So heartwarming to see a father support their son by wearing him on their shirt 🥰

Dr. Mike, is it optimal to train my right arm everyday at 9 AM PST (coincidentally when RP videos come out)?

I got lazy and out of training for about 7 years and jumped back in with my old split (as an old man of 54!) and made very litle progress. Took the guidance from Dr. Mike to hit the whole body 3x a week in a superset/minimal rest fashion and finally started putting muscle back on in a noticeable way. The many truly knows his sh*t. . .

I much prefer this type of content on your channel compared to conversations with other experts. Feels like he’s lecturing me in a good way

I have a very chaotic routine, or lack of routine, which makes really hard to plan workouts. Training full body everytime I can go to the gym helps a lot

When high frequency "full body" training was a bit of a trend and Nippard or Helms were doing it, I understood it as more of an autoregulated approach. So every muscle group was on the table every day, only those that were sufficiently recovered would be trained. Great way to figure out the recovery capacity of different muscles in an individual without having to program for it. It requires you to be advanced enough to be able to judge recovery accurately and not suffer from the novelty too much.

I do a split split. Some muscles get trained every sessions, others every two sessions and some every Three sessions.

I do 1 full body training session every other day and it's fantastic. Because I like it so much I've not missed a single workout in nearly 2 years and that's the most important thing: consistency.
