  While I do really love the episodes where craig is just hanging out with mates like in Nashville because they‘re just so funny and entertaining, there is something about these episodes with guests from bands Craig looks up to or loves. You can really see his excitement in this episode just like with Mario from Gojira earlier this year! This makes the podcast feel so genuine on multiple levels, I love it

  Man, that concert at ArcTangent was sick. They played Sunbather in full, but George&apos;s mic was mostly not working, &nbsp;and to compensate for that he actually jumped down in the crowd to scream at our faces multiple times. The end of Pecan Tree , with him and us screaming &nbsp;&quot;I am my father&apos;s son&quot; &nbsp;at the top of our lungs is something I will never forget.<br>It&apos;s crazy because you could tell he was visibly frustrated with the issue throughout the set, but for the lucky people standing in the front it probably turned to be one of the most intense concert experiences ever.<br>Kudos also to the people &quot;moshing &quot; (more like dancing whimsically) even during the interludes in the album...ATG crowd is the best

  Incredible all round. Quality of the pod, my favourite band, and Dan just seems like such a chill dude. Ridiculous that he recorded the 3 previous records without click in mostly one take!

  Killer episode, I really love hearing black metal musicians talk about their process. Also everyone else is saying it but I’ll pile on, the set and lighting is immaculate

  This might be my favorite episode ever. Looks like a movie, sounds amazing, endlessly interesting stories and lore. Side note, I hope deafheaven is around forever.

  I saw Deafheaven a few months ago. Never really did a deep dive on them until I saw they were coming to NZ. Such a great show.

  I really dont know how Dan walks after playing a song, let alone a fucking show. &nbsp;Saw them in queens ny this past december and it was fucking incredible. &nbsp;fucking love deafheaven. i ran into the drummer and bass player from baroness at that show too it was fucking sick. &nbsp;saw them as well 2 weeks earlier in nyc.
