  Hey Kevin,<br><br>As a United fan, I’ve gotta confess — you’ve been the absolute bane of my existence for years. I hated every minute you made our defenders look like they’d never played football before. You were the worst kind of enemy — brilliant, classy, and utterly ruthless.<br><br>Remember that March 2016 game at Old Trafford? That thunderbolt from outside the box? I’m pretty sure my jaw hit the floor and my poor mate next to me just groaned in defeat. You made us look like amateurs. Then you had to assist another goal just to rub it in. Thanks for that unforgettable day of misery.<br><br>And the October 2021 derby? Watching you glide past our midfield, threading that killer through ball to Foden, felt like slow torture. I half expected you to stop and wave at us before scoring — that’s how easy you made it look.<br><br>Oh, and the May 2023 title decider — you controlled the game like a puppeteer pulling every string. Assisted, created chances, bossed every inch of the pitch. You were the heartbeat of that team and the nightmare of ours.<br><br>Can’t forget the 2019 Community Shield, when you ran riot and we got smacked 2-0. You always showed up against United, just to remind us why we could never quite catch you.<br><br>I hated you, Kevin. But damn, I respected you too. You forced us to be better, pushed the Premier League to a new level, and gave me more reasons to throw my remote than any other player.<br><br>Now you’re leaving the league, and I’m torn. Part of me’s relieved to get a break from the torment, but another part knows the league won’t be quite the same without you. So thanks for the headaches, the brilliance, and the unforgettable battles.<br><br>Good luck with your future mate. We won’t be in europe so, I guess this is farewell.   When Gerrard retired I was so sad as a Liverpool fan and was sure that I would never see another midfielder like him. But Kevin De Bruyne proved me wrong. Although he played for our rivals, it was an absolute pleasure to watch him do his magic. Thank you Kevin and all the best for your next chapter. Legend 🎉

  Bro was world-class EVERY.SINGLE.SEASON. Never worried about him having a down year. Came up in the biggest of stages. From the Bernabeu, to the Parc De Princes, Anfield to the Emirates. Won the lot individually and as a collective and an all-time ambassador of the club. When you think of peak City, you think of Kevin De Bruyne. &nbsp;The Greatest Of All Time.♾🐐💙

  I’m an Everton fan and he came over to take over to take a corner when we played them last month and the gwladys street applauded him. Been going to goodison for 20 years I’ve never seen that reception for an opposition player who has no links to the club.   As a city fan from the Kippax days in the late 60’s , I can say that Kevin DeBruyne is probably one of the most naturally gifted players I have ever seen in a city shirt.
