Fun fact: a lot of incidents involving wildlide go unreported or misreported in Brazil generally to avoid bureaucracy, fines, laws and general buggery from the government. Many cases also involve incompetence (like a doctor that saw a snake bite and insisted it wasn't a snake bite so the obtiuary is cardio respiratory failure) or laziness (like the parents swimming in a river and leaving their infant child at the shore only to be terrified when an anaconda dragged said child into the river and disappeared, they never found the child and the official reports only mention missing child nothing about the animal).

25:51 - To be fair, if the snake already bit you, there's not a lot else you can do other than take a picture. Like wtf are you gonna do? You're already bit, whether you run or attack, you're going to have the venom inside you already, it doesn't really make a difference. At least if the docs can identify the snake you have a better chance to live.

6:45 most animals don’t go after humans cause
1. too much effort
2. we also dont have enough meat for that effort.
3. we are mostly in a group
polar bears e.g. are one of the few animals actively hunting humans but that is just because food in the arctic is scarce to begin with (so its more like they will just eat anything they can)

The pure comedic timing of Neila saying "Why should I be afraid of [...]?" right before the detailed explanations!.. XD

18:08 I'd recommend checking out his video on crocodillans in the future. It's called "why this is the scariest predator of all time"
