  Margharita pizza is very often an option around here. The most common is the “NY pizza”, which is often called “Neapolitan”, and Sicilian, which is a square/rectangle with a thick crust, and Margharita, which is also called “grandma”.

  I worked as a pizzaiolo in North Carolina for a while at a place that was obsessed about high quality ingredients. The owner was a terrible businessman and the place eventually shutdown, but it was some of the best pizza I ever had.

  I love watching Tasting History, I bought Max’s Cookbook a year ago Christmas and have made several of the ancient recipes and my family and friends have all loved them!<br>By the way I grew up having cold Pizza for breakfast many times, especially after a Pizza &amp; Beer Party the night before!<br>Keep up the good work Chris, Love your channel!

  I grew up in an Asian household where we would eat a lot of rice with meals and sometimes we&apos;d cook a ground beef tomato spaghetti for dinner. Sometimes we&apos;d have leftover sauce and finish all the pasta, so we&apos;d eat it with rice instead. It was kinda bomb because the rice soaks up anything so well and pairs perfectly with the beef. I remember getting the glare of judgment from telling my friends this story, but it&apos;s really quite better tasting than it sounds.

  I do agree with Chris that leftover pasta and pizza are the best and taste as good the next day
