  I discovered Max Miller really early, when he had a handful of subscribers. I particularly like how he finds people to help him with topics from non-English speaking cultures, and gives his best to learn proper pronunciations. His enthusiasm and quality of research are unmatched. He is such a wonderful content creator who deserves all the clicks and recognition he gets and even more!

  Max Miller does an AMAZING job with primary sources. You’d love some of his other videos for what he’s been able to find.<br>It tells so much about culture and culinary history with how they describe some recipes and the ingredients they use. And Max does an excellent job in explaining the historical implications of the recipes as well

  This channel started during the pandemic. &nbsp;Max was laid off from his job at Disney (he&apos;s also a former &apos;Prince Charming&apos; on one of the Disney cruise ships).

  Max is neither a historian nor a chef but he puts a great deal of effort to research his episodes. Been watching him since he started at the start of the pandemic. &nbsp;I hope you do a few more episodes on/with him.<br><br>It is really great to see in the comments that a lot of your viewers are also TH fans.

  I like the way Max runs Tasting History.<br><br>It&apos;s informal and entertaining, but he really does his research, so you also learn a lot without needing to focus too much.<br><br>Simply a great balance.

  Tasting History is a 10/10 Youtube channel. Max is great at finding the coolest, most interesting old recipes, then pulling at some thread and really showing how people of that particular time lived. Generally speaking, the older the recipe, the more &nbsp;enjoy it, so the Babylonian, Roman, and Greek ones are my favorites. As someone who likes to cook, seeing the different ingredients and flavors that we don&apos;t really utilize as much today is absolutely fascinating. Check out the Parthian Chicken, Melas Zomos, Babylonian Lamb Stew, or the Cockentrice episodes.

  Max is AMAZING. He has some civil war era stuff as well as colonial era videos you&apos;d love. He and another channel called Townsend&apos;s do so much work to preserve historical food and teach others. Id be stoked to see you do more videos like this. Thanks for the entertainment and education brother.
