  Had a co worker at work one day bragging about he had made a check in every tournament he fished this year. I replied “you hadn’t fished enough then”. Later he said he’d only fished 3 tournaments.

  I dont fish tournaments, but I do mentally prepare myself to fish. I clear my mind of all other things and just focus on conditions, technique, environment. I really like a meme I saw, &quot;there is no failure in fishing, you either catch them or you learn&quot;

  You know there used to be a show that followed the tours. I think it was &quot;on the tour&quot; or something like that. It talked to the people that didn&apos;t advance. It didn&apos;t last long because of how depressing it was. There were guys that put everything on the line (pun intended) and they were having to go home after not making any money and losing sponsors.

  I can for the fishing but left for some advice in another aspect of life. I’m launching a new career as a realtor and it’s been challenging to secure clients and close deals. Full of ups and downs but this advice gave me a renewed perspective to apply to that. Thanks, B. Lat!
