  To explain the Buddy Holly milkshake part...<br><br>• Martin and Lewis: Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis were two white comedians, representing vanilla.<br>• Amos and Andy where white actors that were in blackface representing chocolate. <br>So the Buddy Holly waiter was asking did they want a vanilla or chocolate milkshake.
