They are tracking how much people make so closely, but they will not track down scammers and prosecute them. It makes me wonder if people in our country are making money off of these scams too. There has to be a reason they aren't cracking down on this.

Lifetime, I have spent less than $500 at WalMart. They are not in the business to save the consumer money, they are in the "shut down the small companies" business. I'll gladly pay an extra dollar to a Mom and Pop privately owned store rather than line the pockets of some conglomerate.
